EIPC receives support from the Basque Government for 5 R&D Programs

We are proud to announce that EIPC (Eibar Precision Casting) has been selected to receive financial support from the Basque Government to carry out five significant Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) programs. Access to these HAZITEK programs strengthens our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in the manufacturing of high-performance metal parts through the investment casting process.

HAZITEK, DRIVING INNOVATION AND COMPETITIVENESS

The HAZITEK 2024 RD program is designed to promote Research and Development Projects, both in SMEs and in large companies and associations of Basque companies.
The program consists of non-repayable grants to provide the necessary resources for Industrial Research or Experimental Development, and its budget is divided into two groups based on the competitive or strategic nature of the projects. These subsidized programs cover various strategic areas for our company, aiming to improve the efficiency of our production processes, increase the quality of our products, and explore new technological applications in investment casting. Each of these projects will allow us to significantly advance our ability to offer high-precision solutions to our clients.

R+D PROGRAMS PARTICIPATED BY EIPC

1. AIRETRO (Competitive): Research into the mechanisms of inclusion formation and back diffusion of chemical elements that control the functional performance of advanced components for aircraft engines.
2. ARTEMIS (Competitive): Study of the implementation of molds and models manufactured by additive technologies in metal injection molding and investment casting processes (Program involving the company MIMTECH ALFA).
3. MONTANA (Competitive): Monitoring and control technologies applied to the heat treatment processes of aluminum castings for aerospace applications.
4. SENDOAGO (Competitive): Development of new high-performance aluminum castings for aerospace applications using advanced materials and solidification control methods.
5. FUTURAMA (Strategic): Intelligent, Autonomous, and Reliable Hybrid Machines for the Manufacturing and Repair of Components.
