New Culturers Gunea is a meeting place for companies working on the new company culture and students in their final years of Vocational Training or University.

The students get to know directly attractive companies in Gipuzkoa that practice the New Culture and understand the company as a shared project based on trust, following the Fabrika methodology.

In turn, companies have the opportunity to meet the young talent that will soon be joining the world of work, showcasing their distinctive way of working and showcasing their company as a place where to live their first professional learning experience.
